Rev-Loc Universal Spindle Nuts work on all heavy-duty applications, including RP-618, preset hubs, or the Doctor PreLoad tool. Replaces 448-4837, AX18-1500, 614837. Outer bearing is a 3782, and a 2-1/2", 6 point socket is needed.
