This kit allows you to repair your oem drive shaft, which was previously impossible. The u-joints would seize, partially due to lack of grease fittings. You would find yourself at the honda dealership spending around $1000 for a drive shaft or running your crv without a drive shaft and rendering your awd system useless (which isn't exactly the most logical thing to do here in New England). Now for $60 you have a third option, and no longer have to decide between losing your awd and paying a huge bill. Highly recommended. High quality parts from a great company.
